Sorry to be the
bearer of bad news but for those who do not already know, the answer
to "Will there be a Season Five?" is no. This is straight
from TPTB at Trilogy Entertainment - they make the series for MGM (Sci
Fi has rights to air it, they don't make it.) Please do not email me
to ask why Sci Fi did not renew, since I do not know. And this does
NOT mean you won't see P:TL ever after Season Four since there are plans
to reruns all seasons on Sci Fi.

we've still got two-thirds of season four to go! :-)

A month of repeats
is upon us, so those who missed some of the first few eps can get them
taped and we can rehash the eps again on the LJs and in chat's on Fridays.
The final taping
of the last episode of season four and possibly the last episode *ever*
of Poltergeist The Legacy happened in April. I know, it sounds so
impossible given how great season four is compared to season three!
Contracts are up but Sci Fi *does* have an option to renew for a dozen
more (hmm, this sounds similar to the deal they had with The Outer Limits)
but unless there is an outpouring from the fans or a huge spike in the
ratings real soon....well, "that's all folks!" From past years, I remember
the contract negotiations going on throughout May so we've got time
to be heard. Sci Fi's programming email address is program@www.scifi.com
but I urge you all to write and send your comments and concerns via
snailmail as well. (Tangible evidence of P:TL fans for TPTB. )

teaser about Season Four that I received from Mark Stern
of Trilogy: Kristin will be coming back for
Season Four, but only briefly. Something's going to
happen to Kristin at mid-season that should surprise
everyone! The cliffhanger at the end of last season is
addressed in a two-parter which opens the new season.
Alex questions her place in the Legacy, and Derek ends up
facing an old foe.

It's the month of
my 7th wedding anniversary and the month that two years
ago I started up the First Unofficial P:TL webpages. So
it's only fitting that I bring into the webworld
(finally, it's only taken me a slow 5 months +) a sister
for LegacyWeb called TheLegacy.Org to house some
extra-special sections for the fans.
Now I can get back
to work on renovating LegacyWeb and adding lots more info
to The Legacy/San Francisco House, The P:TL Episode

Some of us were
wondering about how the move to SciFi Channel might
affect the production of the next season of P:TL
so I asked. Good news! Read the following answer from
Mark Stern (Trilogy Production Executive): "We
are trimming our budget for next season, but not in any
ways that will be apparent to an audience. All the cuts
are coming from 'above-the-line' and administrative cuts,
not in production monies. So far, we have had no input
from the Sci-Fi channel, and really don't anticipate any.

mess up the poll on the P:TL guys at least. (Kat's a good
character but I don't believe she's the no. 1 fav amongst
the fans which is how it was looking on that poll
sometimes!)

The
Official Poltergeist Website now has it's Legacy Houses (London, Cairo, Paris, Moscow,
& Tokyo) section up and running. It requires that you
register yourself with a login name and password to go to
one (or more) of the Houses. Once in there, you will find
five webpages: a list of links to psychic/paranormal
websites, small BB and postcards, downloadables
(screensaver, icons, wallpaper), missions & page for
announcements.
Tip: Once you're at a URL for a page, like the bb, all
you have to do is change the name of the city in the URL
to hop over to it instead of having to type in your
login/password everytime.
TVGuide
has four celeb boards up for Q&A between viewers and
the following actors. Order goes from newest board up to
the oldest:

Well, this domain name for one! And let's see...almost
every one of my webpages at my other non-domain
execpc.com/~pewter account have been transferred over
here with changes ranging from minor to massive on all of
them. I'm sure we've got an infestation of faeries over
here trying to pester us with broken links so PLEASE let
me know if you find any!
